How?
That’s what I suspected. Righteously good-looking car, but I wouldn’t touch it with a 10-foot pole.

Her bank is going to love collecting all those late fees for the payments she’s not making - actually, call her bank to come repo it now

She has a lawyer?
I’m guessing it’s a 300. Unless this was dropped at a Jeep dealer. Then I’d guess Grand Cherokee.

Missed payments will equate to late fees. If she’s like most she will automatically jump to I dropped it at the dealership I’m not paying nothing it’s a lemon...doesn’t go through lemow law procerss...hangs up on collector and so on. Collector says alright it’s dropped at the dealership, says she isn’t paying. Repo man, leggo. Sort of a voluntary surrender at the dealership,

One wonders it her lawyer knew she was going to do this. I HAVE had one or two occasions where I have instructed a client on how to properly revoke acceptance of a vehicle but I’d guess that was 2 or 3 times in 25 years of practice.

Too bad she didn’t see Teggy’s video before making her purchase.

Well I think more info is needed. Because if the presumption is this lady is not oppo, then she may have let the oil sit in her car for 30,000 miles like that Audi owner. then its not a defective car; more like a defective person.
